We ship internationally.
Free worldwide shipping on orders over $50 USD.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation, regardless of the shipping method selected at checkout.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Same-day shipping is not available.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link within 48 hours. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.

Order Cancellations & Changes

Orders may only be canceled before fulfillment begins.

Once a packing slip or tracking number is generated, the order cannot be changed or canceled.

If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact info@elvacosmetics.com as soon as possible. Changes are not guaranteed.


Wrong Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • A reshipping fee may apply

Package Protection & Lost Orders
